2.1 Contact form and e-mail contact
There is a contact form on this website that can be used for electronic communication. The data entered in the input mask will be transmitted. Your consent to the processing of the data is obtained during the sending process and reference is made to this privacy policy.
Alternatively, you can contact us via the e-mail addresses provided. In this case, the user’s personal data transmitted with the e-mail will be stored. The data will not be passed on to third parties.
The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e GDPR in conjunction with § 4 HmbDSG, if the processing of the personal data provided by you is necessary to process your request in the context of the fulfillment of our tasks. 2.2 reCAPTCHA
We use the reCAPTCHA service from Google LLC (Google) to protect your requests via the Internet form. The query is used to distinguish whether the input is made by a human or abusively by automated, machine processing. The query includes sending the IP address and any other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this purpose, your input is transmitted to Google and used there. However, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of this service. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of reCaptcha will not be merged with other Google data. The deviating data protection provisions of Google apply to this data.
